Request to delete your account

To request deletion of your account:

1. Navigate to the Profile page in the app.
2. Click on delete account.

Account deletion deletes your phone number, along with your associated shipments from myBlu services. However, if your phone number is associated with third-party shipping providers that got it through the seller, only your account is deleted.
